• Authors: Ernie "SeaScribe" Richards
• Edition: En Rada Publications [confirm]
• Subjects: Wreck, Cobs, History
• Level: Collector, Specialist

What it is

Volume 3 of Richards's series, covering the fleet lost in the July 1715 hurricane along Florida's east coast and the Mexico City, Lima, and Potosi silver and gold recovered from its wrecks.

Why it matters

The 1715 Fleet is the single most-traded shipwreck coin group in the American market. This volume ties salvage history to what the coins themselves show, which is exactly the check a buyer needs before accepting an attribution.

Who it's for

Anyone buying or cataloguing 1715 Fleet coins, and researchers working Florida salvage history.
