How every coin is documented

Each coin passes four research gates before it is listed: physical examination and weight, attribution to mint, assayer and monarch, provenance and salvage documentation, and market comparison against sold records.

Coins are researched and written up by Len Ward, founder and principal researcher, whose background is in Wall Street research. Findings are published openly — the wreck files, mint studies, and guides are free to read.
